| Dinky toys were acquired by Airfix Products in 1971. These miniature toys were designed to compete with Hot Wheels and the other miniature toys of that era. Manufactured in Hong Kong and Launched in 1980 the company collapsed in 1981 and was bought by Palitoy making the Airfix Dinky's a rare and collectible Dinky toy but with a low value due to the weak quality of the toys. |
